What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you the opportunity to return your items at regular rate. To benefit from a return, it is imperative to keep all your items in their original condition, that is to say unworn and unwashed, with all their labels. We reserve the right to refuse any products that, in our opinion, show signs of use. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return, and you will need to provide your proof of purchase. While we are happy to accept returns, please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Shipping costs for the return are also applicable, except in case of defect.The refund can only be done by the original payment method.

How do I prepare my package for a return/exchange?

To prepare your package for a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

1. Make sure that the items you want to return or exchange are in their original condition, that is, unworn and unwashed, with all their labels.
2. Contact our customer service at info@theadoraofficial.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please include in your request the order number, the name of the item to be returned or exchanged, as well as the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Once you have received your Return Authorization (RA) number, carefully pack the items in secure packaging. Be sure to include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice inside the package.
4. Affix the prepaid return label to the package, if provided, or send the package to the address indicated with a tracked shipping service to ensure its safety during transport.
5. Once we have received and processed your return or exchange, we will send you an email confirmation and proceed to refund or ship the exchanged item as per your request.

How do I get a return/exchange label?

If you would like to initiate a return process, please let us know by contacting our customer service at info@theadoraofficial.com. We will send you an email with detailed return instructions and your shipping label. Please follow these instructions carefully and then drop off your return package with the designated shipping company.We will do our best to process your return within 14 business days. As soon as we have processed your return, we will refund you (excluding initial shipping costs) based on the method of payment used to place the original order.Note: Please allow up to two billing cycles for the money to appear on your credit card statement. This extra time is determined by your bank and credit card.

Can I return/exchange items from different orders in one shipment?

Yes, you can return or exchange items from different orders in one shipment. Please follow the steps above for each item you wish to return or exchange, including the necessary information for each order. Just make sure to include a copy of each order or invoice confirmation inside the package, along with the corresponding Return Authorization (RA) numbers if you received them. Once we have received your package and processed your items, we will send you an email confirmation and proceed to refund or ship the exchanged items according to your instructions.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

If you received the wrong item or size, please contact us directly at info@theadoraofficial.com within 3 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include the following information:

  • The reason for your message
  • Your order number

You can also attach a photo of the incorrect item to facilitate email communication. We will then guide you through the exchange process to get the right item.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Shipping method STANDARD

Order processing time: 1 to 3 business days

Canada delivery time: 3 to 6 business days in Quebec and 5 to 10 business days in the rest of Canada, no tracking number

United States delivery time: 5 to 10 business days, Tracking number included

EXPRESS Order

Processing Times: 1-3 business days

Delivery Times in Canada: 1-2 business days, Tracking number included

US delivery time: 2-4 business days, tracking number included

What are the shipping costs?

For orders in Quebec, delivery is free for purchases of $200 CAD and more before taxes. For purchases below this amount, shipping costs are between $10 and $15.

Are there any taxes and/or customs fees to pay?

Orders placed in Canada will be subject to Canadian sales taxes. For international orders, customs duties and duties may apply. We are not responsible for these fees. By placing your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

My order has been shipped but I never received it, what should I do?

If your order is late, first check if your address in the confirmation email of your order is correctly indicated, including your apartment number, if applicable.

It is possible that the delivery company may encounter unusual delays or even misplace your shipment. If so, please feel free to contact us by email at info@theadoraofficial.com.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. However, our goal is to expand our shipping services globally by the end of the year.

Why was my order returned to your warehouse?

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a member of our team will attempt to contact you to obtain an update of your contact information. You can also reach our customer service at info@theadoraofficial.com.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

We only offer delivery for your order, pick up at our warehouse is not available at the moment.

Theft and/or loss of packages, what should I do?

Do you think your package has been lost or stolen? We recommend following these steps:

1. Please check the accuracy of the delivery address you provided when placing your order.

2. If you have a tracking number for your package, please check it for updates on its delivery status. You can find this number in the shipping confirmation email we sent you when sending your order.

3. If you are unable to locate your package after completing these steps, please contact us directly at info@theadoraofficial.com, including your order number. We will take the necessary measures to solve this problem and find an appropriate solution.

I made a mistake in my order or my address, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@theadoraofficial.com. In most cases, we may make the necessary changes to your order or update your address before shipping.

If your order has already been shipped to the wrong address, the only solution is to wait for the delivery company to return it to us so that we can ship it back to the right address.

Can I cancel or change my order if it is not shipped yet?

We do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or change orders. However, once an order is being processed and about to be shipped from our warehouse, we cannot guarantee these changes. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
